Just this morning we saved a client a few hundred dollars by addressing a problem remotely and doing what we do best. We identify the problem, monitor systems constantly and make changes one at a time to determine the correct fix.

Happy Hanukkah!

Hanukkah starts tonight at sunset. The beginning of Judaism's eight-day "festival of lights". Happy Hanukkah to all my Jewish friends!

Windows XP is no longer available . . .

Well, the party is over. New computers will come through with Windows 7 now. And that is not a bad thing unless you realize that you have to learn a whole new operating system. But there are some advantages that we will be showing you in the next few weeks. Stay tuned.
