Well, we have had it with AT&T. Not only have we had many terrible experiences, but we would rather our clients spend their money more wisely.
Effective immediately, we will not take on any new clients who have AT&T as their Internet Service Provider.
So you think this is extreme? Consider this: AT&T CHARGES YOU for technical support for their DSL service. But it goes beyond that! You cannot reach ANYBODY who knows ANYTHING about the service they are selling.
The real problem is that they force a 2Wire router onto their clients which does NOT allow for any setup customization if you are a business looking to control internal IP settings.
